Honda Electronics has developed and produces piezoelectric ceramics in-house, which are key ultrasound devices. We design the most appropriate product for each market. We also develop technologies that are required in society by responding to small-lot/various-type production and advancing joint development with a number of universities, companies, and research institutions. As part of these activities, Honda Electronics has developed unleaded piezoelectric ceramics for the first time in the world and has realized environmental-friendly ultrasound products for RoHS.
