Sanko-Seisakusho Co., Ltd. welcomes all requests from major automotive component manufacturers to produce prototypes, mainly of aluminum engine functional components. We make continuous improvements to respond to customers’ requests for manufacturing many types of products in small quantities, sudden design changes, quick delivery, and other requirements.

■Core Competence

We have established a system to quickly respond to customers’ demands, such as intermittent orders of many kinds of products in small quantities and sudden design changes, by using the same types of machining centers (our key production devices), cutting tools, jigs, and machining programs, as well as by developing special cutting tools. As a result, we have shortened the lead time and boosted our competitive advantages. In addition, we have developed a production control system to optimize the production estimation, planning, and progress of accepted orders.

Since 2001, we have actively accepted trainees from Vietnam. We have established training programs, such as by developing operating manuals in-house that consist of detailed descriptions with photographs, illustrations, and video clips both in Japanese and native language. This approach enables trainees to quickly acquire the ability to operate a machining center and the knowledge to develop complicated operating procedures, such as setup, planning, and quality control for successful daily production.
