■Core Competence

Special printing: We print on plastic materials, including plastic sheets and films, in high-quality and high-definition colors by using UV offset and UV silk-screen printing techniques. We continually work to improve these methods to ensure that our printed products achieve the best possible quality. All production operations are completed in-house, from planning, data processing, printing, vacuum forming, and press working to nationwide distribution. As a result, your prototype and product information are in safe hands throughout the production process.
Environmental response: UV-curable printing is an environmentally friendly technology as it emits no volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
1. We produce high-quality printed products by using flexible offset inks that cause no abrasion to the printed surfaces of products created by vacuum and pressure forming. This is the best method for product manufacturing, mass production, accommodating short-lead-time orders, and cost reduction.
2. We develop and use highly weather-resistant UV offset inks. Their weatherproof performance has been proven by a 1,000-hour weathering test conducted at the Nagoya Municipal Industrial
Research Institute.
