■Company Outline

Based on its wind-up standing clocks designed and produced in-house, NALUSE created a large Karakuri Dokei (weight-driven, perpetual clock), which was displayed at EXPO 2005 AICHI, Japan. Through the complete reproduction of the Wadokei clocks made during the Edo period, the company is continually inspired to create new mechanical clocks.

■Core Competence

NALUSE is Japan’s only wind-up clock manufacturer that completes all operations in-house, from design to production. We assemble our clocks using our own components except for the screws, paying special attention to gear shape and the smallest details of other components.
Clockmaking requires painstaking work, so we can only create three to four products a month.
Our innovative designs and mysterious mechanisms offer excitement and fantasy that attracts a wide range of customers.
