The following are the requirements for companies to be certified as Aichi Quality.

Under the direction of their top leadership and outstanding company philosophy, these manufacturers continue to innovate their business process and leverage their unique strengths. These companies have considerations for the environment and work to generate customer equity by creating a customer-first brand.

This definition is the framework for the business management of this project. It consists of the following five items.

1. Principles and leadership of top managers
2. Activation of human resources and streamlining and renovation of business process
3. Core competence (unique strength)
4. Creation of customer equity that enhance the quality and strength of relationships with customers
5. Consideration of society and the environment
